Many of the modules and devices which we develop are afterwards manufactured by our production. Here our customers profit from our many years of experience.
With our production team and our reliable on-site partners we offer:

- Mounting of components and devices

- Vacuum dispensing of electronic elements
- Procurement of components
- Programming of processors and memory
- Production lot of 1 item
All of our manufactured modules and components are tested afterwards with specially developed test systems. Only 100% tested modules are shipped.
Our testing comprises according to requirements:
- High voltage test up to 36kV
- Special testing in conditioning cabinet
- Fully automated testing of modules
- Complete logging of all tests
Our test bay comes with latest generation measurement equipment:
- 4-channel 500MHz DSO
- Arbitrary function generator 50MHz
- Spectrum analyser
- High voltage probe head
